Use Track & Support to pause or redirect an order before it leaves the glasshouse. Once a courier has the carton, this protocol ends and the Packet Remedy Code applies instead.
Before hand-off
Address edits and full-order holds are accepted until dispatch. Prepaid sums return in 5–7 business days after the hold is confirmed.
After hand-off
We cannot pull a live shipment. Line-item edits are not available — cancel the whole order before dispatch and place a new one if the mix must change.
