LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC) inspects packets for sowing-grade labelling and intact moisture seals. If a delivery fails that bar, this Packet Remedy Code applies.
Cases we review
- Wrong variety or pack size versus the confirmation email.
- Lost in transit or never delivered past the stated window.
- Torn, crushed, or obviously compromised pouches — photograph within 24 hours of receipt.
Cases we decline
- Germination after sowing when the pouch arrived intact and within labelled care notes.
- Change of mind on variety or sowing calendar.
- Failed delivery because no one was available to receive the carton.
How to file
Write via Track & Support or the night desk within 24 hours of delivery. Include order number, a short description, and photos of pouch and outer carton. Approved files may be replaced, credited, or refunded to the original method in 7–10 business days.
